Activities
P&C meetings provide a forum for parents to learn about the activities at the school, raise concerns and have input into the decisions affecting their children. Through parent volunteers, the P&C runs the uniform shop. The P&C also raises funds for projects as diverse as the school band to the landscaping of the school grounds.

Meetings
The P&C meets in the staffroom on a Thursday evening at 7:30pm, twice every school term (Weeks 3 and 7 as a general rule). All parents and community members are welcome to attend. The school community is notified of meetings in the school newsletter and on the school website. From time to time staff members, or an invited guest will make a presentation to the meeting, starting at 7:00pm.

If you have an idea or a proposal please feel free to contact the president on the email address above. If you have a proposal that will change the rules or constitution this must be done in writing to the secretary at least 1month prior to the next meeting. If you have a financial proposal, the proposal form (DOC 141KB) must be filled in and sent to the secretary with enough time to distribute to committee members one week prior to the next meeting.
