Wellbeing
At Rozelle Public School, we proudly place student wellbeing at the centre of our engaging learning community. Our commitment ensures every student feels safe, included, and empowered to thrive both academically and personally. Whether your child needs support with their mental, emotional, social, or physical wellbeing, we are dedicated to helping them flourish at school and beyond.
How we support student wellbeing
At Rozelle Public School, supporting each student’s mental, emotional, social, and physical wellbeing is part of everyday school life. We achieve this through:
- Teachers who help students feel welcome and included
- Access to school counsellors and specialist staff
- Programs that support health, social skills, attendance, and positive behaviour, including the Grow Your Mind social and emotional wellbeing program
- Support for students who are new to the school or transitioning between year levels
- Clear expectations for behaviour and respectful relationships
- Staff who get to know each child personally and work closely with families
- Developing individual health care plans for students
- Open communication about wellbeing and available support
