The application process
Applications for enrolment in Rozelle Public School preschool for the following year will be accepted from the beginning of Term 2 of the current year. Application forms can be obtained from the school office or downloaded from the school web site. There is no priority given according to the date the applications are received.

Enrolment applications for Rozelle Preschool 2025 will be accepted from Tuesday 30 April 2024 until Friday 28 June 2024 between 8:30am and 3:00pm, daily.
Applications will only be accepted with the following completed forms:
- Preschool Application Form
- Original birth certificate or passport
- Medicare Immunisation History Statement
- Three proof of address documents (Residential Lease Agreement or Council Rates Notice, 2 Utility Bills ie. Gas, Electricity, Phone, Internet)
- Commonwealth Health Care Card (if applicable)
- Family law or relevant court orders (if applicable)
- Reports related to your child’s disability or special need (if applicable)
Documents will be sighted and photocopied by office staff. Parents/carers will be notified of the result of their application by Friday 26 July 2024.
